To start off my name is Lanie, I am a daugther, a sister, a Godmother , an aunt, a friend, a single independent woman and a lover not a fighter. Its simply black and white with me and its not that hard to tell. I have to say that Im a very outspoken person, but I am also very shy at the same time. I try not to be so outspoken, I hate hurting peoples feelings, just as I wouldnt want someone to hurt mine. I can tell you that I do care what people say or think about me, but Im not going to go out of my way to make them like me, I can only do so much. Im here to make myself happy and I can tell you that I am very satisfied with who I am becoming. I am a dedicated/ determined person, you won’t find me starting something and not finishing it, Yes I admit it, I do procrastinate but that just makes the project come out with more of a BANG! I am a very honest and caring person, sometimes Im too caring and I dont realize it at the time. I enjoy having constant change in my life and I enjoy trying out new things, although I fear having unexpected change. It seems that Im the type of person that has learned lifes lessons the hard way, people can preach and give me all the advice in the world, but Im hard headed and want to experience what ever it may be on my own. I love my mom dearly and I have always been very very close to her. Im in love with love, and I know that love is something that comes into your life without notice, and its the most wonderful feeling in the world, I can say that Im ready to accept whatever comes into my life now. I believe in fate, love at first sight and wishing on falling stars. Love is what drives me, I learned a new lesson here recently, Never give up on what you want, you can make anything happen, and fight for what you believe in, and I will always keep that with me (A very special friend brought that to my attention, ;]). I love to read, drink a cup of coffee all while sitting by an open window while it rains. My favorite tv show is and will always be F.R.I.E.N.D.S., I love to laugh and love to make others laugh. I am very opened minded and I tend to not judge people, afterall who am I to do so. I dont tolerate disrespectful people or anyone who thinks they are above anyone else. I also refuse to be degraded by anyone, I will stand for myself and my loved ones. I aspire to be a teacher one day, I love children my true dream is to become a very caring mother. God is my backbone, he provides me with the strength that I need to live day by day. I will live each day with a different view on life and I want to live my life to the fullest, with no regrets.
